  • Evaluating as buy/sell 4 stocks over 8 weeks meant that we were busy every day.

  • Entirely responsible for myself and my own work, though the work that we do does not add value to the company

  • Quite focussed, lots of work to be done

  • It's entirely about investing in the interns and training us, with the view that we may in the future add value to the company.

  • People work pretty hard in the equities divisions
