The Role
Is a worthwhile experience with valauble skills gained from such a placement.
Working closely with shift managers who make you feel very welcome within the organisation.
Support and guidance was always available whenever I need any and everyone was very approachable.
The days were generally very past pace like the industry but was always enjoyable.
Was given repsonsiblity when I was believed to be ready. Resposnibilty was always available.
A amazing experience to be part of such a fast moving team and is great to look back at what person I was when I started to the person I have become.
The Company
The office was a fast moving enviroment with events always changing but I was still able to having priceless opportunities.
The internship was structured well with a a good support network set up with a system of buddies and mentors put in place, for guidance and support when needed.
Training and development was available in all areas.

There are anazing opportunities to excel and become part of a innovative and upcoming operation.
The Culture
The social scene was good among colleagues but not many other placement students were at the same sight.
The cost of living was in Bristol/Thornbury was slightly above average.
The nightlife in Bristol was alot better in the centre of Bristol than in Thronbury where the depot was based.
There are many opportuntites in the surounding area and around Bristol to get involved in including the gym, sports etc...
