The Role
Great year, thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. Great insight in to the business world and was treated like a permanent employee.
Highly valued, treated the same as everyone else. Praised when i had done some great work.
Support was widely given, for both problems within the workplace, and outside of work. Great support network, like a family.
Very busy, but not overworked. Busier at Month end, but wa great to deal with working under pressure.
As the year went on, i was gradually given more, especially within the last 4 months. I was also always made aware if it was too much to just say.
I feel i have really developed in terms of confidence and the connections i have made here will help me in the future in securing further employment.
The Company
