The Role
This was a year well spent, learnt many new skills to equip me for my final year and my chosen career path.
Very much so, from day one you are treated like one of the team and they are very friendly and approachable professionals.
Whenever I had a problem, query or concern I could ask for assistance and support when needed.
Everyday in IT is different, you might have set tasks that need to completed on a weekly basis but the role requires a lot of flexibility. The ability to be able to complete urgent tasks on top f your ad-hock daily tasks is essential.
At the beginning you are given minimal responsibility which is a given when starting a placement role, then gradually the responsibility gets greater. depending on how hardworking you are, you will be given projects to manage and deliver to the business, on an international scale.
I know i am well prepared for a professional role in any company and industry as my skills are very broad and adaptable. As I have managed international projects for the business, I know my planning and organisation skills will help me gain the grade I want for my degree.
The Company
Warner Bros. has the best working environment ever! Everyone is different, intelligent and that's what makes the team very interesting and a pleasure to work with.

I would love to come back and work for Warner Bros. As IT is filled with countless opportunities, I would liek to try new IT roles in other companies to develop my Technical skills.
The Culture
I made a good bunch of friends within my department and interns, who I will keep in touch with but I would say the social scene among any fellow placement students is very limited. Certain departments have better opportunities than others. I would have loved to experience a better social scene in terms of WB providing interns with activities etc. On the other hand again, my department sure know how to have a good time.
Central London is extremely expensive living or commuting. I was am commuting into London and I would say, through my whole years experience travelling was the worst part.
It's good.
There are volunteering opportunities offered through various departments i.e. working at Comic con. I'm not a comic con kinda girl but i loved it so much, I volunteered again this year.
