The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement!
I felt part of a great team.
You can reach out to anybody within the company and gain the support/guidance you need!
Extremely busy!
There was no limit to what responsibilities I could have. If I wanted more I could get more, If i needed less I could take on less.
There are some great skills that I have learned/developed from working with Enterprise and I will be able to put all of these to great use in my final year of university.
The Company
Excellent. Hard work require a more concentrated office but when there is time for down time there is a great atmosphere in the office.
There was obviously great amounts of thought and effort put into the internship to ensure a useful/successful year.
They invested lots of time and effort in training and developing the staff. It is after all one of their 4 core areas of the business (Employee development)
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
I would defiantly go back!
The Culture
Yeah the company itself hosts nights out for hard work and there is a great social scene within the company where you can meet people with mutual interests
Average, not too expensive, but not cheap either.
The area was just outside London so there was a great nightlife.
There are always Charity events hosted by enterprise and many more activities you can get involved in.
