The Role
It was a great year, lots going on and got excellent all round experience.
I got on very well with all of my colleagues and was given my own market to manage.
My Manager was excellent and supported me throughout the entire 12 months.
I was given full responsibility for my own work therefore had a lot to do each day and was very busy. However the work was never overwhelming and I was always able to ask for assistance if needed.
I was given a lot of responsibility and managed all of my own jobs in my market.
My role was broad and varied and called upon a number of key life skills. I deveope them significantly and they will definitely assit me in later employment.
The Company
The people at Hays are extremely socialable and friendly and the atmosphere in the office was really buzzing.
It was very well organised - as an intern I was given an in-depth and structured training plan and a number of reviews throughout the year to assess my progress and future plans.
I had excellent training and was given a lot of responsibility and therefore a lot of opportunity to develop and progress.
