The Role
I enjoyed my placement a lot as I got to work on a range of exciting projects that I really enjoyed. There were however some (short) periods where the work was not hugely interesting, otherwise it would have been 10/10.
I felt very valued by my colleagues and always felt that my input was taken into consideration and was frequently asked my opinion on things.
I had two managers here and they were both hugely supportive through some difficult personal times.
Sometimes incredibly busy, sometimes quite quiet. Overall pretty busy.
Quite a lot! I got my work into live projects which were released to the public which was a huge responsibility. I also got to be a project manager for an internal project.
This internship has been invaluable in developing my skills as I have been practicing them and refining them every day and learned from highly talented professionals.
The Company
Very relaxed and friendly but driven and focused.
Very good, but could possibly have used a little more guidance and introduction to colleagues on joining the studio.
My training has really been on the job, as mentioned I have been able to refine and improve my skills every day. I have not had any other training.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Working from home
I would love to come back to work here.
The Culture
Yes, there has been a great intern community throughout with lots of events and socials.
N/A - I stayed at home in a nearby town.
Excellent as it is in central London!
Yes, there were teams of interns who could work on "extra-curricular" projects as well as sports and social clubs.
