The Role
It was so much better than I expected, I enjoyed every single day and wish it did not had to end
My colleagues trusted me with important tasks and I was always the first one they would go to when they had any new tasks they were required to do
I was always given support and at any point I was not afraid to ask any questions as everyone was very open to help
I was really busy on a daily basis, however, I had always time to review my work and go for training which improved my skills
I was given a lot of responsibility and after a few weeks I was trusted enough that no one had to double check my work, if I said it was done they submitted it which made me feel really valuable
The skills I have achieved will help me with university as I can see things from a more practical aspect rather than theory
The Company
Everyone is relaxed and we have a chilled atmosphere, there is not one of those offices where they put pressure on you, you get to work at your own pace and everyone has a laugh which makes it really fun to go into work
Very structured, the training sessions were well organised in advance and if I had a question everyone had an answer
They have paid for my Excel training which I really wanted to do as well as we had sessions to prepare us for our roles as well as future roles

The Culture
Yes, we all had regular nights out and events which allowed us to get to know each other
It was quite expensive, however, with the salary they provide it was not that bad
Really good, its central london so we had access to all the best clubs
yes, we had a football club for the company which we were all able to join
