The Role
Amazing experience! Never got treated like an intern but like a real team member. WB is an amazing company to do a placement with, the scheme is very well established and there are also some nice perks
Treated like a real team member - couldn't have asked for a better team!
Great support from all different management levels
Nicely busy, perfect balance
Plenty of responsibility without being micro-managed. It was a great experience being allowed to run projects and campaigns on your own
Skills will be very useful for work life, as I've worked across various departments and the range of job role requires very many different skills, which will all be useful later on
The Company
Relaxed but professional, very fun team and plenty of laughs
Very well organised, due to an well established placement scheme, which means that everyone in the business is used to having interns around and utilises them
Various training sessions were provided
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Travel loan
Would love to work here and many interns eventually return to the business
The Culture
Great intern community, never a dull day!
Living in London is always expensive, but it's definitely possible to find good deal. Managed to find a lot of cheap places to go out around work
Great variety of places
Mostly with the interns, but also some work opportunities
