The Role
Work interesting and challenging most of the time however some dry spells exist.
Very friendly workplace and strong encouragement for individual empowerment.
Management always willing to help, some higher management not as friendly.
Took a while to get things started but good once projects were assigned.
Left to own devices with support available should I need it.
Great relation to University course and potential career prospects.
The Company
Other students were fun however hiring freeze has saw a much older workforce otherwise who are not always up for fun.
A lot of support staff available and information prior to starting. More information on accomodation would be nice if you're not from the area.
A lot of instructor led and online training courses.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Good company to work for but I am not a fan of the area.
The Culture
Yeah!
Taxis extremely expensive however rental was a lot cheaper in Stevenage than London - £250-£300 each per month excl. bills
Not good at all! London isn't far and easy to get to by train (25 mins)
Nothing organised by the workplace outside of sports and nothing in the surrounding areas took my interest.
