The Role
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Warner - it's been a huge learning experience for myself.
I worked within a small team and regularly had contact and guidance from my colleagues.
I had daily support from my line manager and colleagues,
It varied, coming up to product launch I found myself extremely busy from the start to the end of the day but equally I had quieter periods.
More responsibility than what I had originally expected.
I have learnt more practical skills such as communication, presenting, time management rather than marketing. I have developed more as a person and grown in confidence.
The Company
It ranged from quiet to busy/stressful, generally a relaxed office all in all.
Very well set up at the beginning - all interns were put together on a Facebook page to introduce themselves.
Regular training with the learning and development team.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
Interns had a social scene of their own - mostly organised through Facebook.
Expensive as it was London
Office was based in central London, nightlife was expensive so we often went elsewhere.
Lots of opportunities to go to events, premieres, training days etc.
