The Role
Very good, was given great opportunities and treated as a respected member of the team who also got to lead on several high level projects
Very valued, have made some good friends and well treated all round by colleagues. Both my bosses were fantastic and a credit to the company. The large intern group of around 50 interns also helps you settle quickly and make great friends.
Support and guidance was good, did feel I could go to the team on most issues.
Kept very busy, but this was more through my demand and willing! Definitely still time to enjoy yourself but far from boring!
Plenty of responsibility, very happy with roles given were chances on other projects/teams when I was facing repetitive jobs/ not much responsibility.
Yes very useful, multiple trainings offered.

Although they don't offer a grad scheme, offers for new jobs are first put out to old interns. Many of last years interns are back at the company!
The Culture
Yep great went out a lot!
High, London prices, but we were paid well enough to accommodate.
Sway bar, happy hour 5-8pm every week night say no more. Walkabout karaoke Thursdays well in for a shout too.
Mostly had to organise ourselves, but there are some work related opportunities.
