The Role
it was OK, but the job itself was pretty repetitive. I think it is more enjoyable for someone that does not have a lot of work experience
they always thanked me when I helped them and I was also praised on our social network when I did a great job for a colleague
anytime I had a question, my mentor was there to help me. However, I received most help from the other interns there
it depended: sometimes you didn't have much to do, but it would get busier by the end of the week
I managed some projects, but they were relatively small. the number of projects would depend on the client willing to go on with the project, otherwise you would only QA all day
I gained experience in working in a language service agency and it gave me an insight into the different phases of a translation project. it had helped me develop my skills of working in a fast-paced environment and work towards deadlines
The Company
it was good especially during the social events
good though everyone was very busy
I took part in a desktop publishing workshop
Company Parties/Events
you can work as a freelancer after you finish your internship
The Culture
yes, especially with the other interns because you share the same tasks
very expensive as it is in central London
