The Role
Couldn't possibly have imagined how much I would enjoy working for a year. Was a really incredible experience with amazing opportunities and I have met friends for life.
Your opinion is valued hugely and you are encourage to give your input at every opportunity.
We had regular performance reviews and a weekly meeting to check in with our supervisors. They always offered support and guidance with work and within the wider office environment. They also assisted me in reaching out to get experience in different departments of my choosing.
Always busy, which has really helped how I manage my time and priorities. It can be tiring and a little stressful at times, but it definitely gives you real world experience!
As much as I wanted and more. We were given a huge amount of freedom with what work we wanted to take on, with support there for us if we needed. But I was continually pushed and challenged from the offset.
I have skills for life that I wasn't even aware I needed. Skills that are both relevant to my degree and the wider business environment. Working on real campaigns forces you to use your whole skill set in a different way and I now have those skills for life.
The Company
Very friendly and open. There's always someone to have a chat with and we did a fair amount of things outside of the office together. We had a lot of fun and laughs.
Very well organised. You can tell the experience has been catered for our circumstances and to help us make the most of the year. We also have a handover from our previous interns which is really helpful!
A lot. We had a lot of mandatory training sessions and then some additional programmes and development we could get involved in if we wished to, all of which has really helped throughout the internship and will definitely help after.

I think that because there is such a strong undergraduate scheme, there is less focus on graduate jobs but there has been a strong focus throughout on what I would like to after my placement finishes and how I can be assisted in getting the job I want.
The Culture
Yes very strong across all the interns and within my department.
Expensive, as you would expect for Central London. But the company do try and provide ways to save money and there are plenty of bars that have a very affordable happy hour near by!
It's central so good. Lots of options for all tastes and just depends where you want to go. Worth doing your research and people who have worked around here longer always have good suggestions!
Yes, lots of different opportunities offered to eveyone. Just a matter of taking them up!
