The Role
9 - Would hardly change a thing!
Very - This could however come down to the dependency on me carrying my duty properly.
Support was available generally when needed, although it cannot be expected and questions need to be asked in order to learn.
Varied throughout the day, always able to leave on time though.
Lots - To the point where I was the only person in Europe approving new vendor set ups.
The Company
General atmosphere was good, lots of young professionals. Slightly quieter in my department as we have a smaller team.
Seamless
Dedicated Learning and development team - roughly 5 sessions throughout the year and good schemes in place such as Reverse Mentoring.
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Both of my predecessors are currently back working at WB.
The Culture
EXPENSIVE -London aint cheap ....
Capital City - Couldnt ask for more
Inter-Company football on Tuesdays, and divisional matches every third Thursday. Charity events running throughout the year.
