The Role
My year at Warner has been the best experience and would love to return to work for the company after graduating.
I felt extremely valued during my year at Warner and like I was actively contributing to the output of the business.
If I required any support or guidance my colleagues would always be there to help.
The workload for my Retail Planning & Insights role was much heavier during the start of the week with it easing off as the week goes on. However, my Digital Distribution role was largely adhoc so the workload often varied, Although, I was never too busy and there was always something to do.
I was given just as much responsibility as everyone else on my team.
My experience this year will definitely assist me when completing my final year of university and should make starting full time employment much easier.
The Company
There is always a nice atmosphere in the office as everyone is really friendly and enjoys what they do.
The internship is really well set up with training and reviews occurring across the year to assist you during your internship and beyond.
The are lots of opportunities for interns to get involve in training and development. The placement year involves mandatory training which includes presenting skills and time management as well well as optional training courses.

Having worked at Warner for a year, the experience and contacts you make will definitely assist you when seeking for future employment.
The Culture
With over 50 other interns at Warner my placement is almost like being at university with us all living and going out together. The social life amongst colleagues is great also with drinks and team nights out occurring regularly.
Living and socialising in Central London is pretty expensive.
Living in Central London there was always something to do and somewhere to go.
There are lots of activities outside of work that interns can get involved in.
