The Role
I loved having the freedom to choose what I wanted to do and had the support of the staff and volunteers
everyone was lovely and accomdating, thanking me for all the work i did and included on staff meetings and meals and was sent on a training course
they were always there when i needed any help, and offering to help
it was up to me to create my workload and sometimes I wasn't sure how much or how little needed doing
I could have as little or as much responsibility as I wanted
I was sent on a national training course funded by the charity in my field of study, public relations
The Company
all up for a laugh,, but maintained an environment which was easy to work in
A little more structure but barely any complaints!
I was involved in a lot of different aspects, runnning of events and was involved in financial meetings
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
I hope they will employ me, although a tough time at the moment, means they may not have the money to do so.
The Culture
I worked in the city i live in so no cost
i know the city and have friends there
as many events as you want!
