  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • As there was a relatively small number of people taking part on the program, it was very easy to get to know everyone and by the end, everyone knew my name which made me feel welcomed and valued. Additionally, staff at Unilever took interest in each of us personally and were eager to find out as much as possible about us, enabling me to feel valued.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
