Very modern office, lots of activities lined up most weeks,

Very well generally. Opportunities were provided to shadow other departments. General/ informal training sessions were arranged most weeks
9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
Training was excellent. everything from CV writing, interview skills to tution style finance training on FX trading, fixed income and the Bloomberg system.

11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
Quite appealing. A very young firm which recuits alot of grduates. Good prospects in a number of areas and the chance to specialise in a particular field
12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
Bloomberg Summer Party in late August for all employees. Regular informal drinks parties for the interns. Charity days allow you to get out the office with your friend to undertake sucj activities such as tree planting or painting in local primary schools.
13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
The City of London is a very expensive place to work, but free refreshments are avilable in the office at all times.
14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
Some great bars around the office in Finsbury Square.
15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
Lots of opportunities including charity days, paired reading with local school children.
