  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Was treated like an employee. We got a lot of exposure to the directors (and bankers) in general, which I found was rare at other insights. Had great people do the workshops that were also enthusiastic about spending time with us, that showed a lot about the company culture as a whole.

  • We were introduced to all the branches of GFA and had very insightful work shadowing sessions on multiple occasions, but of course there is only so much you can learn about the daily routine at the firm in five days.

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
