    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I was at the firm for two days , and could not believe how many different things i had done.

  • Everyone at the firm was very welcoming, and even when busy made time to answer my questions.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Everything i did was thouroughly explained, and I was given an element of trust when writing up minutes.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • At some points there wasnt much to do - however it was interesting to go on the website and look in depth at what RPC do. The majority of the time i had plenty to do.

  • To a certain extent I was given responsility.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I have never worked in an office enviroment therfore this was a good lesson for me.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • It was a much more formal enviroment than what i am used to -that said everyone was very friendly.

  • Things had been planned for me to do.

  • I was not on a graduate scheme

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Christmas parties were being arranged, people socialised at lunch ad there is a choir.

  • London - very expensice
