    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The people I worked with were lovely and always incredibly helpful. Throughout my time I was given a great deal of independence and constantly challenged enabling to grow and learn a number of things.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I was treated with great respect by my work colleagues and seen not as an intern but as a member of the team who was thus expected to achieve the same standards of hard work and quality as other members of the team. Something that I think was very beneficial,

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Both the HR department and my colleagues on the team were very helpful if I had any questions, concerns or queries, Especially my team members who were not only professionally helpful and personally a pleasure to work with too,

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Most of the time I was very busy with a load of stuff to do. Often perhaps too busy but that did enable me to learn how to manage time effectively. Glad I never had nothing to do as would have hated to just sit around all day,

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • An amazing amount. Clients didn't know that I was an intern allowing me to get high levels or responsibility. Had great exposure with clients and given genuinely important tasks which was great.

    5/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Helped me learn time management and being efficient and getting things done. Less the practical skills that have been useful i.e excel and more learning about the working world and meeting expected standards.

    4/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Worked at client site so mixed reactions. depends on where I was working, At the company office atmosphere was great. Less so at client site,
