The Role
We were treated extremely well, all the teams i worked in were very friendly and the work, overall, was very enjoyable.
I was treated far better than I had expected before the internship. On a professional level I was treated the same as Graduates and my work was really valued, on a personal level I formed good relationships with colleagues of all levels.
Guidance and support was given whenever I needed it.
There were some days were I didn't have enough to do and of course I had to work very hard on other days, but this is expected and overall the level of work I was given was good.
On the second role that I had I was given large amounts of responsibility.
The teamwork and adaptability have helped me so far in my first year degree.
The Company
The manager's encouraged a relaxed and fun atmosphere, it made it exciting to come into work on a daily basis.
It ran very smoothly, I very rarely had to contact HR for any problems which is a sign it was run well.
I really got a sense that Accenture were interested in developing my skills which made it a better internship.

I was accepted onto the Summer internship which I hope will lead to a full Graduate roll offer.
The Culture
Yes, Accenture set up social arrangements for the interns but we also arranged nights out etc. amongst ourselves.
It was in London so very expensive.
My first role did not have any Nightlife (in Crawley). The nightlife in my second roll was great fun (in Angel, London).
I did not take advantage of these as much as I should have but the opportunities were there, such as Charity days etc.
