The Role
It was hard work but thoroughly enjoyable.
My colleagues were always very welcoming and gave me a great deal of responsibility.
There was a lot of learning on the job but also plenty of opportunities to ask questions and ask for support.
Went in peaks and troughs but usually quite busy.
A great deal for someone so junior.
Good on the CV but not from an academic perspective. I did not learn anything that helped my studies.

Varied hugely but usually pleasant.
Usually very well organised.
Basic but the placement was mostly learn on the job
