The Role
I was given guidance and real responsibility. I learnt a lot and everybody I worked with was always willing to help!
I was asked to cover a 2nd year analyst with an important role, my colleagues were all very encouraging
My buddy was excellent, my manager could have provided more guidance
Extremely busy, my hours were 9-7 each day, with a short lunch break
As mentioned above I covered a second year analyst for 4 weeks. I organised the work schedule for the entire team, led meetings and created reports
Learnt valuable excel skills, public speaking, presentation, organisation and working under pressure
The Company

A week of training
National Travel
Company Parties/Events

Working from home
Very appealing, good starting salary and sign on bonus
The Culture
Everyone got on well and socialised outside of work
Working in the city is expensive
Full of young professionals, good fun but I felt young
There are opportunities but I didn't have time
