Support and work alongside staff members in my bank branch, aiming to gain a good understanding of how retail banking works and operates.

good work atmosphere, with a friendly team.

didnt have access to a computer for at least a week at the start, which made it hard to actually do any work

very expensive area to live in, had to live at home
