  • Not enough guidance from managers on what they wanted, other than that supportive co workers.

  • Varies, at quarter ends 70hrs+, other times struggle to fill the time with tasks, but encourage to simplify processes.

  • As interns are of wide variety of ages social events were lack lustre.

  • Not quite london prices, so plenty of time for drinks with other colleagues.

  • Immediate area non existent, london and reading within 30 minutes.

  • There were various charity events, social clubs for skiing etc.
