The Role
I really enjoyed my time at Unilever. everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The work was challenging and kept me busy all day every day.
Everyone was so welcoming and inclusive. I felt valued by the team.
This was the one part of the placement that was not amazing. I was not given a huge amount of guidance as to how i was doing however i asked a lot of questions and they were always ahppy to answer them.
I was always busy!
I was given a huge amount of responsibility. Much more than I was expecting. I was in charge of suppliers and had European market demands to fullfill every wek.
I learned so much from this placement. I learned how to manage my time extremely efficiently and learned how to get the best out of every person in a team as everyone has a role to play. This will help me in group work tasks at University.
The Company
there were about 30 people in the office so there was always something going on which made working at my internship enjoyable. There was constant laughter which made the environment very nice to work in.
The process to get onto the internship was very well organised, however once i was working at the internship it wasnt clearly set up as to what i had to do. I made aims and objectives which i checked over with my line maanger and then kept setting myself more challenges as I went along.
I wanted to get more involved in marketing so i asked the company if i could talk to people in the relevant departments about it and they were more than helpful. They said tat this internship was as much to help them as much as it was to help me.

I would really like to work for this company. I like what they stand for and the way the company works. I have applied for the graduate scheme.
The Culture
Yes we all became really good friends and still stay in touch.
I was living in my University house so it wasnt costing me any extra.
Very good, especially as I knew the city well as I go to Uiversity there.
Yes there were competitions top get involved in and staff days out.
