  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I always felt very valued by my colleagues, I was always asked for my opinion and was included in every aspect of the team. I was given a lot more responsibility than I thought I would be and any ideas I came up with were greatly supported by the team.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was given lots of support and guidance by my manager, we would have official monthly meetings to see what work I had done and how I was progressing but I know she was around at other times if I needed her. I genuinly believe my manager was interested in my personal development and was always willing to help me in anyway possible and pushed me to my full potential.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Although I would prefer to be busy than bored at times the workload was very heavy.

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was looking after a portfolio worth £5.5million, with guidance from my manager but they were very happy for you to use your own ideas and plan the marketing campaigns however you wished.

    5/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I learnt a lot throughout the year and I am already finding it is helping with uni and writing my dissertation and I am sure it will help when applying for jobs.
