  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • In all was an enjoyable experience, where i was able to gain exposure to numerous functions & practices truly understanding the expectations of a career in sales.

  • All colleagues were welcoming day in day out, no issues.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Full support during the entire period by my supervisor and where he was unable to others were more than happy to help.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Varied. Some periods were extremely busy, others less so. Probably on average the workload was reasonable.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • My responsibility increased over the course of the placement, as i learnt more and gain experience within my function my responsibilities began to increase.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Everything i have learnt here, all the training, mentoring and even the work i have done with assist me in both my degree and also later in my career. Very satisfied overall.

  • Good atmosphere. Easy place to work, and very comfortable.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Very organised. There were planned specific training modules over the course of the first 9 months in addition to quarterly reviews and other planned trainings/events.

  • To a great extent. Many training modules completed, many more i could have done, always the opportunity to expand my knowledge.

  • Very appealing, ability to move into different functions and continue to do so as years go on. So you are constantly able to improve your skills and knowledge.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Very good. Everyone was very social and inviting.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Fair, about the average price for student accommodation. Maybe edging just below average on price.

  • Not great. Few places to go, all not very pleasant.

  • So many different activities and events you are able to do outside of work. Great choice and many opportunities to help the local community.
