The Role
I enjoyed my placement very much so, each day brought a differentchallenge.
I felt valued by the majority of my colleagues, but it is difficult when you are a student with no previous experience.
I was given huge amounts of support by my direct line manager.
#I was always busy, never a dull moment.
I was given a large amout of responsibility right from the start of my placement.
The skills i developed were hugely beneficial, i grew as a person and developed better communication skills needed for my final year.
The Company
I wasnt really based in an office, but the general atmosphere was plesant.
The scheme was well organised.
I am returning as a graduate, so my trainintg has not stopped.

The Culture
It was difficult as we were all spread across the country.
I still lived at home with my parents so it was fine.
