  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • Very well structured from 9am to 6pm everyday. It will keep you busy learning and having fun all week long.

    5/5

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • Very active. Everyone is enjoying themselves. The groups are small (6 per tables and you spend most of the week with your table) and overall 25 people so after day two you know everyone and everyone knows you. The facilitators are bubbly people who will guide you along every activity and the hosts are incredibly enthusiastic. You will go away a huge amount more informed. You should definitely show huge amount of enthusiasm of self awareness, leadership potential and eagerness to learn to get the absolute most out of this program. It is truly developmental and not based on EY. There is ample opportunity to talk to EY staff however all throughout the spring week to learn.
