  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • Everyone was extremely friendly, approachable and happy to answer any questions. Employees gave up their time to give us presentations, allow us to work shadow and talk to us about their work. Many analysts also helped with out presentations.

  • Constant support and guidance, everyday we interacted with new employees from different departments.

  • Learnt a lot about the company and industry in a short space of time.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • Well structured doing so many new, different things everyday. Although, there was a lot of information to learn each day and the days were quite long and tiring due to staying late to put together the presentation.

  • Extremely friendly atmosphere.

  • I felt that they invested a lot in group and that they genuinely hoped we would work there one day.

  • Due to constant employee interaction I feel that I got a great idea of what it would be like to work there full time.

  • Learnt a lot about the culture and their emphasis on a work life balance, though hours were still long as expected. Also, their independence ethos.

  • Yes, many networking opportunities when not in talks.

  • Good but would have been nice to have a more informal networking opportunity.

  • Heard a bit about starting a sports team from a male employee but other than that not much.

  • Absolutely, it was intense but I learnt a lot and met some great people.
