  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Seemed that no expense was spared throughout the day. We were given a goody bag which contained freebies which were quite different to that which is offered elsewhere. Lunch was also excellent

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • As it was only one day I feel that it is difficult to trully represent what a full time role would entail. Despite this I think that Grad recruitment did all that was possible to aid in this respect.

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • I think that talking to employees at a firm is the best way to establish and understand the culture. We were given ample time to talk to employees and were given various points of contact at the firm for future use.
