  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I really enjoyed my time in Reed Smith and regret that it will be over so quickly. I have learnt a great deal from my time here and if i had the chance i would do this again.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • I felt like a valued member of the team from day 1. I was interwined straight into a case and was being asked what i thought needed to be done and what the next aspects were needed to be completed, and had a chance to create a skeleton arguement.

    • The support at Reed Smith is brilliant. Everyone was willing to support and guide me during the scheme.

    • I have developed my skills in legal writing and research which would assist me when i go to work.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The insight scheme was extremely well structured. Everyday I had something new to complete which kept me occupied and interested throughout the scheme.

    • The general atmosphere was fantastic. Everyone one is very approachable and supportive.

    • It showed me a clear idea of what life would be like with the company. Having spoken to all memebers and the chance really work showed me what it would be like working in the firm

    • The insight really helped me understand the firm culture and what they do to keep long term relationships with clients.

    • This experience has given me real insight to the work of a solicitor and working like a solicitor, i had really enjoyed it and would like to pursue this as a career.
