The Role
Generally, I had an unforgetable experience in the previous placement. It was really rewarding although sometime tired, because I appreciated connecting with the customers and clients of our company, and from the personal perspect, I enjoyed communicating with people. I liked to work with my former workmates.
We colleagues had a harmonious relationship with each other and everyone treates others like a family member. I was in a light and friendly environment.
I remembered the first day when I came to the company, without exactly knowing anything about how to managing people and resources in an organization. During my placement, my team members gave me so many support and helped me get through all difficulities. They enlightened me with practical experiences in management process.
Overall, I had a balanced schedule in the daily work, but sometime I was extremely busy when we had to submit the bidding document, as it had time limit.
I always dedicated to my work and once was assigned a task, I would spare no efforts to achieve it.
Everything I have obtained in my previous work, whatever abilities in management or knowledge in professional field, will be valuable wealth in my whole life!
The Company
Generally, it was a bit serious in work hours, but relaxed during rest time.
Before I became an official employee in the company, I experienced the internship, when I received training in how to develop management skills in a real world. I took a series of outdoor events organized by the company and gained a better understanding of management process.
The training was really well organized

If there were another chance, I still would like to work in the company. It was really a wonderful group.
The Culture
The company pays more attention on environment protection during their construction process.
I worked in Shanghai and the cost of living is much higher than that in other cities in China.
Nightlife in Shanghai is very popular. It is common for you to see so many people on the street and shops are open. Life there is convinent and colorful.
I used to jion the gym activities and I often went to the book store, as I like the atmosphere there.
