The Role
Really enjoyed it
From the day I arrived at the office until the day I left I always felt valued not only by the other analysts but also by my team.
My team was very supportive of my development. I could always count on the help of other graduates to explain new concepts and the way the team worked, and I also received a lot of support from my manager who always made it very clear what was expected from me and what my key development areas were.
Every day is different. Some days were busier than others with meetings and deadlines whereas other days were quieter. In general the balance is perfect.
My team gave me quite a degree of responsability and allowed me to fulfil analyst level tasks and not just my project.
The skills I developed at American Express have been invaluable.
