    • From the day I arrived at the office until the day I left I always felt valued not only by the other analysts but also by my team.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

    • My team was very supportive of my development. I could always count on the help of other graduates to explain new concepts and the way the team worked, and I also received a lot of support from my manager who always made it very clear what was expected from me and what my key development areas were.

    • Every day is different. Some days were busier than others with meetings and deadlines whereas other days were quieter. In general the balance is perfect.

    • My team gave me quite a degree of responsability and allowed me to fulfil analyst level tasks and not just my project.

    • The skills I developed at American Express have been invaluable.
