Role Description

On the Savills hotel valuations desk last summer I experienced different aspects of a valuer’s job. Carrying out inspections introduced the practical element to me, researching the room rates of competition surrounding certain hotels highlighted the analytical side and completing a matrimonial valuation report revealed the importance of attention to detail
