Role Description

During my time in the DSAH (Development Services Affordable Housing) department I was mainly involved in collecting information for comparable research, which entailed looking at house prices in various areas in London and producing reports of my findings. I was also asked to produce a database for the planning department of schemes which had received planning permission in specific areas.

  • Various department staff offerred me much advice about different career paths in the industry

  • Sometimes I had to wait a while before being given a task or had to ask for one several times, and at other times was very busy and often worked after contracted hours, but this is representative of a real working environment!
