    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The day provided a really good insight into life as a trainee and the firm.

  • The drinks session held at the end of the day was attended by a number of partners and associates who seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me.

  • HR were very helpful and welcoming.

  • There was a lot on but we were not overdupplied with information.

  • Nature of the day did not really allow for it.

  • The day gave me invaluable insight when completing my trainee contract applications as to what I wanted from a law firm and my training contract.

  • Everyone was really friendly and the atmosphere gave the impression that it would be a very good place to wiork.

  • Nicely timetable day.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Yes we were all invited to the drinks evening and I met some nice people.

  • It is the city!

  • There are some good bars nearby with happy hours but nothing to set the world on fire.
