  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • It has been a fantastic internship! I have been impressed with level of responsibility and independence given.

    • It was a pleasure to work with highly intelligent and experienced colleagues who valued my work and input. Throughout the internship I always felt part of the team, not just the intern, which reflects very well on my colleagues

    • I regularly meet with my supervisors for guidance and feedback. I was supported throughout the internship and they took a keen interest in my personal and professional development. My supervisors regularly gave me several opportunities to network with senior managers in the company and expose me to different parts of the business.

    • I was busy but never over worked. Flexi-time is real bonus.

    • The level of responsibility given was high and I was supported from day one.

    • Skills developed: data, financial and market analysis, mathematical, communications, problem solving, leadership, team work. I strongly feel that the experiences gained and competencies developed from this internship have improved my employability and furthered my development.

    • Good atmosphere. Great place to work!

    • Company invested a significant time and effort into me. They enabled me to experience various parts of the business.

    • Very appealing. I was rated outstanding, which means I will be fast tracked to the final assessment centre. I hope to join the graduate scheme and this has several opportunities for training and career development.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • A good social scene. We regulalry met up after work.

    • Not too bad.
