  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I had a great time i really enjoyed working there.

    • The people i worked with were great i felt like part of the company from day one they were really helpfull.

    • The management were very helpful and the explained the tasks i had to do very well. If i had any questions they were willing to answer them

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • Most of the time there was plenty of work for me to do. Occasionally there wasnt much to do as we were waiting on the client to provide documents.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • I help out with many parts of the audit and i was incharge of the audit for a couple of ear marked pension schemes

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • It enabled me to develop communications skills which is useful when completing group tasks. I also improved my computer skills which will be beneficial

    • It was a generally friendly atmosphere even during stressfull times the people were great

    • Very well organised indeed

    • They were helpfull in making me feel welcome and to understand the tasks i had to complete. It was only 8 weeks so there wasn't much times for training

    • I have received a job offer commencing in 2011 when i complete my degree

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Ye i met up with some of them for lunch a few times and we had an interns CSR day which was great

    • I lived at home so it was very cheap for me

    • Leeds is a great city with a vibrant night life

    • I was able to play a bit of five a side football we people from work
