The Role
I loved it, it really showed me that buying is exactly right for me.
I spend to much time with them in the office that my closest colleagues felt like sisters. Really great team and work ethic!
Whenever i needed help i felt valued and listened to. We had weekly monday meeting reviewing daily tasks and what was priority and needed to be done certain days, that really helped me learn the job.
Very very busy alot of the time, but this was to be expected, and everyone worked together so that no one would stay alone.
Very much for being just an intern. I would say i was more like a Buyers Assistant and got to work solely with some suppliers and tasks like the critical path.
Everything gets alot more cleared out after you have experienced a job. I have learned much more than i ever thought possible especially regarding problem solving and time management
The Company
I think everyone works very very hard, and you see a lot of passionate people.
Very well organised with introductions and courses throughout the year, much better than i have heard some other course friends have had it on their internships
Alot, they gae you full access to their way and trained you in all relevant systems and programs. They treated you like an employee and i feel very motivated to go back.
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
I think there i a big chance, they have already asked if we are wanting to come back at some point and sound like they are going to offer positions to us first before letting anyone else apply for it.
The Culture
Yes many of them are very close friends
Alright, i mean London is always expensive, but was cheaper at the nearest pub for asos employees which was appreciated.
Quite a young scene except a few pubs
Not so many, but i think as soon as you become permanent there are more
