The Role
Work content was stimulating. No limit to the level of experience and responsibility.
Colleagues were highly friendly and always happy to help and take suggestions. Seniors and MDs were open and allowed you to attend client meetings if you showed your passion
Full support and help. They would never ignore your requests or queries and followed up if they were busy at the time. Always open to giving feedback.
All days were busy except Mondays while colleagues had to sort out what project to put you on.
Very high level of responsibility almost immediately. Had sent work off to a client on my own and given many slides to prepare on my own!
Very steep learning curve. Was learning new stuff everyday and 2 months is not enough! There is still so much more to improve on and the program has still taught me so much. Key focus on technical skills but a good balance with social skills too.
The Company
Open and very friendly! Colleagues would invite you to lunch
Very well set up. Clear tasks and goals and constant feedback as well as talks with other team's employees to get a feel for the entire office.
Highly effective. The high level of responsibility had made this possible.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Very good.
The Culture
Certainly. Would go out with interns at least once a week.
Expensive area but good fun. New bars and restaurants all the time.
Vibrant and enjoyable, new places to go to every night.
Charities, sport societies, socials and anything you can name.
