The Role
I enjoyed aspects of my internship however I felt that I wasn't given a lot of responsibility and was mostly given admin based work.
Colleagues would often give me additional work to do.
Great level of support from management, they would always help me out if I had a problem.
Work load varied, mostly I was kept busy but some days I would have very little to do.
I was barely given any responsibility.
I was mostly doing admin based work so I don't think this will help with my degree, however I found that I have learn how to manage my time better.
The Company
The office was very sociable and I did go out with the people in my office a number of times.
There was a clear plan in place including lots of training.
There was a lot of training which was really good as I got to be involved in lots of different tasks.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
I didn't really enjoy the work I was given which has made me slightly less enthusiastic about future employment with the company.
The Culture
I made good friends with a couple of the interns and we managed to meet up a few times despite being spread across the UK.
I was in the centre of London so it was inevitably very expensive.
Lots of bars and restaurants nearby,
Socialised a few times with colleagues but there was no other activities to get involved in.
