  • The job was a very satisfying but challenging task. You have to be prepared to work hard and expect long hours, however the rewards are worth it.

    The Company

  • I felt like one of the Senior Management Team from day one.

  • The structure is excellent. You are given a full program and feel highly valued and structured in what you need to achieve.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The external training courses i recieved over the year were excellent. There is about 10-15 in total, many overnight where you get to meet other Placement students, Graduates and Managers from around the country and they give u life skills aswell as excellent management development.

  • I have been offered an un-conditional Graduate job with the company based upon my Placement year with them.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Yes. As previously mentioned, courses are an excellent way to meet others in similar positions to you, overnight stays are excellent as you can go out for a meal and a 'few' drinks and really get to know each other and share experiences.

  • Sheffield is a pretty cheap place to live.
