The Role
The job was a very satisfying but challenging task. You have to be prepared to work hard and expect long hours, however the rewards are worth it.
The Company
I felt like one of the Senior Management Team from day one.
The structure is excellent. You are given a full program and feel highly valued and structured in what you need to achieve.
The external training courses i recieved over the year were excellent. There is about 10-15 in total, many overnight where you get to meet other Placement students, Graduates and Managers from around the country and they give u life skills aswell as excellent management development.

I have been offered an un-conditional Graduate job with the company based upon my Placement year with them.
The Culture
Yes. As previously mentioned, courses are an excellent way to meet others in similar positions to you, overnight stays are excellent as you can go out for a meal and a 'few' drinks and really get to know each other and share experiences.
Sheffield is a pretty cheap place to live.
