Role Description

• Assist the Group Marketing Manager and the Commercial Marketing Co-ordinator in the implementation of the country marketing plan – following global and International marketing direction from Burbank

• Prepare marketing materials for the weekly meetings with the sales team to disseminate information and distribute materials.

• Send timely communication pieces to licensees, retailers and internally.

• Maintain the marketing cupboard for the dept. Ensure style guides are accessible for the team and that property marketing cupboards are well stocked with relevant marketing materials.

• Implement Trade Fair plans and provide support at Trade Shows.

• Create event and activity case studies to record achievements and share with the team.

• Coordinate licensee and retail contacts database to create licensee lists, contact emailing lists, newsletter communications, style guide communications

• Develop and manage BTB Website ‘Backstage’. Ensure that information is relevant and timely and sent to key partners each month. Always look for ways to improve the site and increase distribution.

• Try to build cross-divisional relationships to make information access easier. Ensure that key WBCPUK information and achievements are shared internally.

• Raise Purchase Orders and track spending against budget so that at any one time, there is an up-to-date view of spending Vs Adpub budget.

• Retail team support: support in the co ordination of retail promotions, administration support for DTR agreements and assistance in general retail business follow up.
