    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It is a good way to gain exposure to business activities if you are lacking experience. It also offers a good opportunity to perform well and be recognised. The hours are long and the pay is low in relation but it is a good platform from which to start a career in Enterprise or other commercial environments. There is also a clear route for progression if desired.

    4/5

  • I was only there for 3 months and found that the majority of staff are good to be around and happy to help. The workforce is young and consists of graduates which started their career on the Management Trainee scheme also.

  • I found myself doing a lot of driving and car cleaning which is a large part of branch life. If I was there longer I'm more responsibility would have been granted.
