The Role
I really enjoyed my experience with Rothschild as I learnt a great deal and met many new friends
I felt like I was an important part of the team
Plenty of supervision and support was provided by both management and my supervisor
I was kept busy everyday - there is always plenty of work to be done
I felt that I was given a considerable amount of responsibility during the internship
I have developed and learnt many skills which I will take forward into to future career
The Company
The atmosphere is enjoyable but can be very work-centric
Very well set up by the team and HR. I also believe that the mid-internship review is very beneficial!
I felt like the company has invested a lot in me
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Very appealing
The Culture
I'm sure they would have been, but given that we were all very busy, there is not too much time available for that
Can be expensive, but you are compensated well so it is not too much of an issue
It looks quite good from my desk
Occasionally after work activities will be organised
