  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • This was the best opportunity you could get if you want a career in Oil & Gas, nurture and development to bring you up to standard for a job offer

    • i felt part of the team, they did not treat me any different

    • i was allowed to develop my own ideas and run with them, regular updates allowed me to show my line manager where i was and if he felt i was straying he would offer a suggestion

    • it was a relaxed environment, if you met targets and attended the meetings you needed to attend you could work at your own pace.

    • I was the main driving force for the project i had and accountable for all the deliverables

    • This placement will change my career path regardless of assessment outcome, i have became a stronger engineer with deeper understandings

    • The office has a range of people from loud chatty oil workers to quiet geniuses! so its pretty relaxed
